Job Description

High March School and Davenies School are seeking minibus drivers for their morning School runs with optional work as a member of the operations team in between. You will be doing the morning pick up routes, dropping the children at High March School and/or Davenies School.

Job Responsibility

  • Morning pick up routes
  • Dropping children at High March School and/or Davenies School
  • Optional work as a member of the operations team in between
  • Optional availability to cover additional ad-hoc trips

Requirements

  • Hold a current category ‘D’ PSV licence, or unrestricted D1
  • Confident in interacting with children
  • Able to maintain a good atmosphere on the bus
  • Warm and flexible approach
  • Able to show initiative
  • Work well on their own and as part of a team
  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with the school’s Safeguarding Staff Behaviour Policy Statement
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the Headmaster or Designated Safeguarding Lead
