Job Description:

Sherborne Schools Group is seeking an ad hoc Minibus Driver who will be responsible for assisting with transport requirements predominately at Sherborne Boys. The postholder will also be expected to contribute to and support initiatives across the wider Sherborne Schools Group, they will be required to work at other schools or sites within the Group to meet the needs of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Driving school and hired-in vehicles to support planned and ad-hoc activities including medical and dental appointments, airport transfers, and extra-curricular activities
Assisting with transport services for school related activities such as school trips and sports fixtures
Contributing to and supporting initiatives across the wider Sherborne Schools Group
Working at other schools or sites within the Group to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

Valid driving license
Willingness to undergo child protection screening including reference checks, criminal record check, and social media checks
Flexibility in hours
Availability to undertake training during school INSET periods when required
