We are looking for an experienced and results-driven MINI Used Car Sales Manager to lead the Used Car Sales Department and deliver agreed sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining MINI brand and company standards.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve agreed used car sales, gross profit
Lead, motivate, and develop the used car sales team, including recruitment and performance management
Implement trading policies and take corrective action where performance falls below target
Maximise sales effectiveness through customer follow-up, prospecting, and activity management
Ensure customer queries and complaints are handled professionally and in line with company procedures
Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and compliance with Health & Safety and MINI franchise standards
Provide regular performance reports to the Head of Business and senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Used Car Sales Manager or senior automotive sales role
Strong leadership and people management capability
Commercial focus with experience delivering sales and profit targets
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, motivated, and performance-driven approach
