Job Responsibility

Restock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption
Ensure mini bar fridges are clean, organised, and in proper working condition
Process guest charges accurately and efficiently
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar servicing during room turnovers
Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations
Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department
Assist in tracking mini bar consumption trends to optimise inventory management
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests

Passionate for delivering excellent customer experience
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team

Previous stock management experience, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment

Job Responsibility

Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods
Inspect goods for quality and quantity, recording any discrepancies or damages
Identify slow moving items to avoid over purchasing
Stocking in room bars, maintaining inventory, organising orders, and billing guests
Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate room turnover and guest needs
Distribution of goods to the required destination
Daily spot checks of stock in storage areas
Assist with monthly stock counts
Assist and support Team Members, Managers and the wider Department in a team environment
Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
