We currently have an opportunity for a Mini Bar Attendant – In Room Dining to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Italy! Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the privacy of their rooms. The Mini Bar Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in the privacy of their rooms
  • Taking and placing room service orders
  • Setting up and serving food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards
  • Ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness of service
  • Ensuring guests in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and well maintained
  • Meeting any special guest requests for specific or preferred items
  • Ensuring that all incurred charges are posted to the guest portfolio prior to checkout
  • Working discreetly and efficiently while on guest floors

Requirements:

  • One + years of experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong customer service mindset
  • High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining Four Seasons service excellence
  • Passion for hospitality and understanding the importance of guest preferences
  • You must possess the legal right to work in Italy
  • Have fluency in English and Italian
