Job Description

Oversee the creation and development of interactive Minecraft products, working with exceptional production, creative and marketing teams on a range of established exciting channel brands.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the development of new Minecraft Marketplace products from concept to launch
  • Interpret relevant data and trend analysis from the SPM Creative Team
  • Research products and competitors on Minecraft Marketplace
  • Utilise research and data to inform ideation of new Minecraft Marketplace products
  • Work with Mod Developers and Set Designers using clear briefs and feedback
  • Organise and manage SPM’s Minecraft Marketplace presence, including uploading files, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and reporting
  • Manage complex Marketplace projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding of Minecraft
  • Exceptional project management and leadership to meet launch deadlines
  • Effective cross-team collaboration and communication
  • Understanding of Gen Alpha and Gen Z cultural trends
  • Understanding of Minecraft Marketplace restrictions and guidelines
  • Experience with Microsoft Partner Centre/Compass/Auger platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Understanding of traditional ecommerce
  • Technical abilities with skins, textures, world generation, models or animating
  • Understanding of project management tools like Monday.com and Google Suite
