Millwright

• Perform routine maintenance of packaging equipment and conveyors
• detect and troubleshoot equipment irregularities and malfunctions
• maintain rebuilds/overhauls
• maintain packaging equipment for maximum efficiency
• assist Production Department and Mixing Plant with any required maintenance
• train Packaging Operators on machine set-ups and adjustments
• participate in continuous improvement projects
• continually develop skills and progress to increasingly more complex maintenance tasks
• perform all tasks in the safest possible manner and maintain good housekeeping practices

• 433a millwright ticket or 3rd or 4th year apprentice
• 1-2 years working in a packaging environment
• welding experience would be an asset
• strong mechanical skills and electrical aptitude
• knowledge and understanding of automated, robotic and pneumatic equipment
