Millwright Team Lead

• Support and lead a team of 10 maintenance personnel by coaching, using continuous improvement models and being go-to contact person on the floor
• Preform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery such as carton machines, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, check weighers, metal detectors, ovens, and freezers
• Installs and moving of machinery as needed
• Duties as other wise assigned

• 433A Millwright License
• Experience in maintenance team lead/supervisor position- food environment preferred
• Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP guidelines
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (Certification is a strong asset)
• Collaborative leadership approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
