Job Description:

We are a global leader in precision manufacturing, and we’re looking for a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our high-performing team in Ancaster. Pay Range: $43 – $45 per hour (based on experience & shift premium). Schedule: Continental 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights).

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot and overhaul complex systems including hydraulics, mechanical drives, gears, and high-performance motors
  • Interpret intricate schematics and O&M manuals to suggest equipment improvements and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with Special Projects Groups on installation and commissioning of cutting-edge machinery
  • Partner with external contractors to ensure specialized repairs meet internal standards
  • Use CMMS system to track equipment health and manage workflow

Requirements:

  • Valid Certificate of Apprenticeship and Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial or high-demand manufacturing environment
  • Deep-rooted understanding of OHSA standards
  • Skilled in welding, pipe-fitting, and rigging
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS software
