Job Responsibility

Remote & On-Site Diagnostics: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system malfunctions both remotely and on-site, providing timely solutions
Travel to Customer Sites: Travel up to 80% of the time to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial baking equipment at customer locations
On-Call Service: Be available for on-call service as required, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly
Safety & Efficiency: Ensure all service interventions are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards
Documentation & Compliance: Document all service activities thoroughly and ensure compliance with corrective action plans, maintaining high service standards
