Job Description

Reporting to Shift Production Leader, you will oversee daily mill line operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, specifications, and delivery timelines. You will lead team performance, enforce 5S discipline, monitor key KPIs (OEE, cycle time, material utilization) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance and continuous improvement. You will play a part in optimizing milling processes, enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and driving corrective actions to achieve high-quality output.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise all mill line activities to ensure the products are produced according to specifications, work instructions, good manufacturing practices and delivery as scheduled
  • Ensure and maintain discipline and well behavior of team
  • Ensure the rules of tidiness are fully and continuously respected and implemented according to 5S standards
  • Drive milling team to meet production schedule and ready for customer required
  • Coordinate with the related departments (QC /Technical/Supply Chain/Maintenance) to implement the scheduled preventive maintenance and repair activities
  • Monitor KPIs performance on milling as OEE/Cycle time/AMU (Absolute Material Utilization) and make shiftly report
  • Follow safety regulation and risk reduction in all time working
  • Support Shift Production manager to improve milling process
  • Participating in CAIR / Quality Failure corrective actions in milling area
  • Analyze the measurement data and provide improvements via use of statistical analysis
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned by the Shift Production Leader as required

Requirements

  • High school or Intermediate's degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering is referable
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in manufacturing environment and powder coating experience is advantageous
  • Experienced in utilizing computer tools for reporting and analyzing production data
  • Production hands-on and people management skills
