Job Responsibility

Set up CNC mills and lathes according to job specifications, blueprints, and work orders
Install tooling, fixtures, and materials needed for each job
Perform machine offsets, program loading, and minor edits as needed
Verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot setup issues and ensure machines are running efficiently
Conduct first-piece inspections and ensure proper documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Communicate with operators and supervisors regarding job status and issues
