Job Responsibility

Provide strong milk quality technical information to sales and service teams within MICRO as well as to external consultants and dairy customers
Utilize current and new technology from Micro along with new research in Teat Dips, Udder Health Management and improvements in Parlor Procedures, to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the highest quality of milk is being produced
Spending time at customer and potential customer’s locations monitoring and evaluating the parlor
Providing the Dairy Sanitation Service team with results of the audit and list of items for them to fix or replace
Provide technical sales and support for dairy Sanitation Sales and Service teams
Provide consultants with information regarding the value and technical benefits of the Micro Milk Quality management program
Establish contacts and build strong relationships with dairy consultants
Focus on the application of Micro’s Milk Quality to different milking procedures
Furnish customer/Service team support for Milk Quality program implementation and continued performance

Milk Quality Program: The milk quality program is a value-based program for creating higher value for the dairy, by focusing on the following system. Pro Control Parlor, Sanitation program and sales, water treatment, and the use of Micro’s proprietary technologies assisting the sanitation service and leading the QA team and coordinating those teams. Continue to develop new technologies. Work with manufacturer partners to ensure price integrity
Responsible for working the strategy in developing the Micro Milk Quality Program
Manage and oversee the Dairy Sanitation Quality Assurance team as they work with customers to onboard new customers, maintain current customers, diagnose and resolve issues onsite at customer facilities
