Job Description:

The MILEMATE! Site Operator is responsible for managing software tools related to site quality control databases and performing relevant data analysis.

Job Responsibility:

  • To check the MILEMATE! Manual, validate its content, and update both the manual and the tool in coordination with the MILEMATE! Project Coordinator, based on collected lessons learned
  • To review project procedures related to MILEMATE! subcontractor coordination and support the Project Coordinator during project setup
  • To validate and upload quality control records submitted by subcontractors and vendors
  • To extract data, prepare reports, and support the Site Quality Manager with quality reporting and data analysis
  • To interface with ICT for MILEMATE! operational aspects
  • To cooperate with the Mechanical Completion Coordinator, Engineering and Commissioning teams to ensure that all the deliverables required for building the Completion Database are in line with the contractual requirements (TAG list / Family TAG list / System and subsystem list / Check sheet and ITP)
  • To assist train and supported SUBCONTRACTORs and Inspectors about the quality of the information to be submitted
  • To provide any necessary output relating quality control progress recorded in MileMate!

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Candidate must possess a valid CIDB Green Card
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with MILEMATE! or similar completion/quality management systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, management skills
  • Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution

Nice to have:

Preferably with experience working on Petronas projects in Pengerang, Johor
