Job Description

Lead complex health system transitions that set new clients up for success. This role specializes in leading sophisticated client-facing projects, ensuring seamless platform transitions for our most complex health system clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead health system migrations: Manage client-facing migration projects for health system clients with complex domestic tiering and custom provider networks, ensuring accurate execution with minimal disruption
  • Partner strategically with accounts: Work closely with Account Managers as a strategic client-facing counterpart throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Develop project plans: Create, maintain, and manage group-level project plans specific to health system requirements including detailed timelines, key milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Lead collaboration across Solution Design, Business Analysis, Technology, Operations, and external partners to ensure all workstreams align
  • Manage scope and risks: Drive timely resolution of scope changes, risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining project momentum and client confidence
  • Lead status communications: Facilitate status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Handle implementation changes: Manage changes, enhancements, or expansions that arise during the project lifecycle while maintaining timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure successful delivery: Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations while meeting organizational quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years project management experience in healthcare industry
  • Direct experience supporting health system clients, custom networks, or tiered benefit designs required
  • Proven track record managing complex, client-facing implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of health system operations, provider networks, and tiered benefit designs
  • Experience managing highly customized client implementations
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMP preferred)
  • Knowledge of claims platform and digital experience implementations
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management and problem-solving within complex project environments
