Job Description:

Are you a passionate Midwife with a knack for mentoring? A leading Australian healthcare provider—voted the nation's most attractive employer—is seeking a Clinical Midwifery Educator to join their collaborative maternity team in the heart of the Riverina.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching and competency assessments for the midwifery team
  • Support student midwives and new graduates to build clinical confidence
  • Collaborate with medical teams to embed evidence-based care and lead quality improvements
  • Provide clinical guidance in birthing, postnatal, and antenatal settings

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Midwifery (Dual Nursing/Midwifery registration required for full-time)
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience
  • Strong leadership qualities and a demonstrated ability to teach or precept staff
  • AHPRA registration
  • Clinical Midwife Educator

Nice to have:

  • Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Education
  • RN/RM dual license (preferred)
