Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Midweight Retoucher to join the creative team at Club L London, supporting both high-volume e-commerce imagery and creative campaign and content assets. This role requires a skilled retoucher with a strong eye for detail, colour accuracy, and garment integrity, with particular attention to skin tones, light fabrics, and texture preservation. You will help ensure imagery meets brand standards while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality across a large volume of images. Alongside e-commerce retouching, you will also support campaign and creative imagery, contributing to visual storytelling through grading, compositing, and image enhancement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Retouch high-volume e-commerce imagery while maintaining premium brand standards
  • Retouch garments with a strong understanding of fabric, texture, and shape, particularly light and delicate fabrics
  • Deliver clean, natural skin retouching while preserving realism
  • Ensure accurate colour and product representation across all images
  • Colour correct product to real life garment and /or alter colours accordingly
  • Support creative and campaign retouching, including compositing and image extensions where required
  • Match and maintain consistent colour grades across image sets
  • Extend backgrounds, enhance imagery, and add visual polish while maintaining the brand aesthetic
  • Contribute ideas and creative input when working on campaign imagery and content assets
  • Assist with the intake and organisation of imagery from photoshoots, preparing files for retouching
  • Ensure images are correctly labelled, filed, and stored within the image library
  • Maintain well-organised file structures and asset management across projects
  • Support the post-shoot process, ensuring images are prepared and delivered accurately
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure images meet brand standards before delivery
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, producers, and the wider creative team to maintain visual consistency
  • Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality imagery across e-commerce and campaigns
  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a fashion retouching role, ideally within a premium fashion brand or studio
  • Strong retouching skills across fashion imagery, skin, fabrics, and colour correction
  • Good understanding of light fabrics, garment structure, and texture preservation
  • Experience working across e-commerce imagery, with some exposure to creative or campaign work
  • Ability to maintain consistency across image sets and match colour grades
  • Strong organisation and file management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in colour accuracy and product representation
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong visual eye and attention to detail
