We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly creative, Graphic Designer to join the Scouts Brand and Content team at Gilwell Park. In this exciting and varied role, you’ll design and deliver impactful content that supports the Scouts’ strategy: empowering even more young people through adventure, teamwork and shared values to take the lead and make a positive difference in the world. You’ll also play an important creative role in project teams, delivering on-brand digital and print content that supports our goals. This includes conceptualisation, presentation, commissioning work, training colleagues on best practices and delivering to deadlines. You’ll lead on key projects and campaigns, plus mentor and guide a junior creative.
