As a Midweight Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our in-house creative agency, the B-Hive. You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers to deliver stunning design collateral across various media, including campaigns, print, digital, and in-store. Your innovative ideas will help shape the visual identity of some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry, including No7 and Soap & Glory.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the design team to create impactful designs that align with brand guidelines
Bring fresh ideas to life while maintaining established brand identities
Ensure all creative work meets briefs and is delivered to the highest standard
Build a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands
Present your work confidently across the business, communicating your creative vision effectively.
Requirements:
A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in print and digital design
At least 4 years' experience in campaign work, demonstrating your skills in print, editorial design, and digital content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
A passion for working in a dynamic agency environment across multiple brands.
Nice to have:
Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
Line management or mentoring experience
Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
Knowledge of AI tools to enhance creative processes.
