We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house ELEMIS Global Brand Creative team. You’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality, on-brand visuals across a wide range of touchpoints, including social media, paid media, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and digital marketing including design work to support our many physical activations in store, spa and pop-ups. You will also be responsible for upholding our visual identity through effective use of typography, layout design, and brand templates, ensuring creative consistency and excellence at every stage. You will work alongside a number of other talented designers who form part of our global design team.
Job Responsibility:
Design and produce engaging visual content for organic and paid social, digital, display, OOH campaigns, CRM, and e-commerce
Execute clean, compelling layouts with a strong understanding of typography, brand hierarchy, and visual storytelling
Collaborate closely with the wider creative, marketing, and digital teams to deliver campaign assets that are both creative and commercially effective
Adapt global creative concepts for local and regional formats, maintaining consistency across sizes, platforms, and languages
Work within existing brand guidelines while also contributing to the evolution of brand assets and visual standards
Develop and manage template systems for social, CRM, and digital campaigns to drive creative efficiency and brand consistency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in design, digital, beauty/ skincare to keep the brand fresh and relevant
Take ownership of mid-scale projects and support senior designers and art directors on larger campaigns
Requirements:
Skilled designer with a sharp eye for composition, typography, and brand storytelling across print and digital
Confident working across multiple formats and deliverables, from social reels and banners to large-scale OOH
Comfortable balancing creative flair with commercial priorities and tight deadlines
A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to deal with ambiguity and apply strong design judgement
Native in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma or equivalent design platforms
Proven experience in creating social, paid media, and OOH assets to a luxury standard in line with brand guidelines
Exposure to motion graphics experience and fluent with After Effects
