Job Description:

ELEMIS are looking to hire a midweight copywriter on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Senior Copywriter and working in our global copy team of four strong, you will collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver compelling written content for both UK and international markets. You will craft and proofread elevated on‑brand copy across all customer touchpoints including social, digital, CRM, press releases, and retail, ensuring that all copy reflects our brand philosophy. With experience in both B2C and B2B communications, you will bring our products and brand to life through the written word while always staying consistent with our tone of voice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking ownership of copy within each project from concept and brief through to delivery
  • Writing on-brand copy for a variety of channels, being sensitive to brand messaging and tone of voice
  • Proofreading to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and brand consistency
  • Confidently handling multiple briefs and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Working to deadlines, proactively flagging any challenges to keep projects on track

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the beauty, luxury or wellness landscape, with a passion for skincare and beauty
  • Fluent in English language with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Digital native: skilled with technology and the creative opportunities it opens – you understands how tech is changing the way audiences consume communications, media, brands, and entertainment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of social media channels and writing social-first copy
  • Prioritisation: able to manage multiple briefs at one time and adapt according to business needs
  • Communication: engages with multiple stakeholders to interpret briefs and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office programmes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
