Job Description:

The Middleware Manager is responsible for the administration and optimization of middleware platforms connecting applications, services, and databases, ensuring a seamless communication between heterogeneous systems. They will also oversee OpenShift platform management, ensuring efficient application lifecycle and high availability configurations. Responsibilities include team leadership, IT project strategy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for all technology components of the development and implementation of major/multiple/highly complex projects
may manage enterprise wide projects
develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
provides IT strategic direction for projects managed
sets guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements to meet operational needs
evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions on pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions
applies in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area
ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards
demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how IT project leadership integrates within the overall technology function to achieve objectives
influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions)
ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and managing control issues with transparency

Requirements:

10+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience
English intermediate/advanced (conversational)
experience leading work teams
