Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and take a leading role in designing an AI-powered web application in the healthcare domain. You will work closely with the product and engineering team, shaping user experience, interface design, and product structure from the ground up.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the UI/UX design process for an AI-powered web platform in the healthcare industry
  • Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Create intuitive and scalable user experiences for complex workflows
  • Conduct competitor research and analyze industry best practices
  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Present design concepts, decisions, and deliverables in English during external meetings
  • Leverage AI tools and AI agents to optimize research, design, and documentation workflows
  • Contribute to product strategy through user-centered design thinking

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web application design projects
  • Experience designing complex web applications and digital products
  • Experience using AI tools and AI agents to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and accelerate the design process
  • Experience conducting competitor research, market analysis, and UX benchmarking
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and modern interaction patterns
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy principles and their practical application
  • Experience creating User Flows and Information Architecture (IA)
  • Advanced Figma skills, including Components, Variants, Auto Layout, UI Kits, and Design Systems
  • Experience building, maintaining, and scaling component libraries and design systems
  • Ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • High level of ownership, self-management, and attention to detail
