We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come! We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and work with the full recruitment cycle. Our team consists of 9 people: Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Sourcing Lead, and 2 Talent Sourcers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for Junior–Middle roles, primarily in product and marketing domains, ensuring high-quality and timely vacancy closure
  • Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels (sourcing, applications, referrals, talent pool) and working with a warm candidate pipeline
  • Coordinating the work of sourcers assigned to your vacancies and adapting sourcing strategies based on market conditions, candidate feedback, and role dynamics
  • Conducting candidate interviews with an assessment of role fit and company culture alignment
  • Testing creative hiring approaches (job descriptions, messaging, sourcing channels, A/B testing) to increase response rates and overall hiring efficiency
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process
  • Partnering closely with Hiring Managers: shaping realistic role profiles and highlighting risks that may impact hiring quality and business outcomes
  • Onboarding new managers and interviewers into the hiring process
  • Building strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, marketing) to gain a deeper understanding of talent needs and team culture
  • Collaborating with the employer brand team on talent marketing initiatives to promote open positions
  • Contributing to employer branding through events, professional communities, and initiatives aimed at increasing company visibility in the talent market
  • Maintaining and continuously updating the candidate database in PeopleForce
  • Working with recruitment analytics: tracking key metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, response rates), analyzing channel performance, and initiating process improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of hiring top talent
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • knowledge of various interviewing techniques
  • Experience recruiting for marketing and/or product roles
  • Ability to apply creative sourcing strategies (communities, networking, conferences, non-traditional platforms)
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment: ability to use analytics to optimize processes and identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel
  • Experience using AI tools to automate and optimize recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to handle objections effectively
  • Business-oriented mindset and solid understanding of the talent market
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking with a strong results orientation

  • Experience working in a product company or recruitment agency
  • Experience in training managers (L&D) or coaching
