Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and optimize procurement processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Oversee logistics workflows, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct comprehensive budgeting and spend analysis to support financial planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in procurement and logistics operations
  • Monitor market trends to inform sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics
  • Proven track record of leading successful procurement processes and logistics management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and spend analysis
  • Exceptional proficiency in English and Russian
  • proficiency in Georgian is preferred for at least one candidate
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and drive measurable results
