Job Responsibility:

  • Execute manual testing across the full product (desktop + mobile PWA)
  • Follow and maintain existing test cases and QA processes
  • Create new test cases for upcoming features and products
  • Identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues beyond defined acceptance criteria
  • Challenge and improve existing QA processes
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure cross-platform consistency (admin desktop & user mobile views)
  • Support and expand automated testing initiatives
  • Contribute to the evaluation and potential implementation of AI-driven testing solutions
  • Document findings clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Understand product logic deeply (especially tax-related workflows) to test holistically

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QA experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in manual testing
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Experience writing and maintaining test cases
  • Experience in testing web applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think beyond tickets and acceptance criteria
  • Very good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
  • German language proficiency (strongly preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience setting up or improving QA processes
  • Exposure to AI-driven testing or automation tools
