Job Description

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Utilities unit. You will work on the Android app for the largest product in this unit, which is currently scaling rapidly.

Job Responsibility

  • Generation of hypotheses aimed at monetizing products by: searching for correlation and segmentation of users in product analytics
  • competitor research through Sensor Tower, advertising libraries, reviews in stores, Reddit
  • searching for best practices in products outside the niche
  • tracking trends in monetization: new mechanics, pricing, paywalls, onboarding
  • joint research with the User Acquisition team
  • Preparation and description of ideas: Preparing designs/prototypes of hypotheses together with the designer for development
  • Describing tasks to the team with the definition of critical elements
  • Validation of hypotheses by: conducting experiments (including AB tests)
  • based on user data and analytics, marketing tests together with User Acquisition managers
  • determining value from losing tests and generating subsequent hypotheses

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in monetizing Android apps
  • Practical experience with Ads monetization and Subscription models
  • Experience with B2C products
  • Ability to conduct in-depth competitive analysis
  • Experience with product analytics: independent work with Amplitude, AppsFlyer
  • Experience working with a designer and setting tasks for the team
  • Deep understanding of unit economics and ability to assess the impact of a hypothesis on metrics before launch
  • Practical experience with A/B testing
  • Marketing background: understanding the difference between audiences from social and search channels
  • Experience launching new products or entering a new market/platform
  • Independence and proactivity
