We are looking for a Middle SAP User Assistance Developer (Technical Writer) to join us.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and maintain high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables to help users understand complex SAP software
  • Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content
  • Work closely with product management and development teams to deliver clear, concise, and accurate content
  • Build deep product knowledge, stay current with new trends and skills in user assistance, and share your learnings with the team
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve content
  • Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in writing and producing user assistance deliverables for software products and services
  • University degree in technical writing, technical documentation, translation, or an equivalent field of study
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to change and acquire knowledge
  • Strong independent working skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse global team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • English C1+

Nice to have

  • Experience with DITA-based content management systems
  • Understanding of basic UI/UX concepts and practices
