We are looking for a Middle SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join us.

Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with clients at different levels to guide complex projects, develop innovative solutions, and build trusted relationships
  • Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement
  • Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives
  • Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements
  • Configure the SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet the client's business requirements
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
  • Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
  • Experience with any of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, or Recruiting
  • Ability to travel to client locations
  • English B2+
