We are looking for a Middle SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join us.
Job Responsibility:
Work directly with clients at different levels to guide complex projects, develop innovative solutions, and build trusted relationships
Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement
Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives
Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements
Configure the SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet the client's business requirements
Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent
3+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
Experience with any of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, or Recruiting
Ability to travel to client locations
