Within our dedicated Salesforce service line, we help our clients achieving their goals leveraging Salesforce, utilising the best talent from around the world. As a Salesforce Consultant, you are the one who makes our customers’ dreams a reality: you understand the capabilities of the platform and knows how to build the solution either through declarative or through programmatic development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs
  • Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet the business requirements
  • Creating estimations for the work to be done
  • Working closely with other members of the scrum team on the project
  • Peer reviewing others’ work
  • Share knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer
  • Experience working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (B2B Commerce Cloud is also advantageous)
  • Consulting experience, ability to find the right solution and present it to the client

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service
  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture
  • Release management and leveraging CI/CD tooling
  • Testing and debugging
  • Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications, additional certifications are welcome
  • You’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Business, IT or technology related field
  • An excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing
