As a Salesforce Consultant, you are the one who makes our customers’ dreams a reality: you understand the capabilities of the platform and knows how to build the solution either through declarative or through programmatic development.
Job Responsibility:
Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs
Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet the business requirements
Creating estimations for the work to be done
Working closely with other members of the scrum team on the project
Peer reviewing others’ work
Share knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer
Experience working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (B2B Commerce Cloud is also advantageous)
Consulting experience, ability to find the right solution and present it to the client
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service
Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs
Understanding of Salesforce architecture
Release management and leveraging CI/CD tooling
Testing and debugging
Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications, additional certifications are welcome
You’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Business, IT or technology related field
An excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing
