Middle QA/Business Analyst

• Own and drive QA and requirements processes end-to-end on the project
• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements
• manage their lifecycle
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Design and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans) based on requirements
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) and ensure full test coverage
• Validate implemented features against requirements and business goals
• Identify, document, and track defects
• collaborate with developers on resolution
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding requirements and product quality
• Support planning, prioritization, and scope definition together with stakeholders
• Continuously improve QA and BA processes and ensure release readiness

• 2+ years of experience in QA
• 1-2 years of experience performing BA responsibilities (elicitation, requirements documentation, stakeholder communication)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of both QA and BA areas
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with test design techniques and QA processes
• Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and basic data visualization concepts will be a plus
• Ability to write clear, structured, and testable requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
