The Acumatica Project Manager will initially support the Head of Acumatica Practice and, after completing onboarding, will take responsibility for managing delivery teams and projects under the Program Head’s guidance. This role focuses on day-to-day project execution, people and resource management, coordination across multiple projects, and continuous improvement of delivery processes in line with the Acumatica account strategy.

People Management: Perform regular 1:1s with team members

Assist with conflict resolution and escalate when appropriate
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day people-related topics
Resource Management: Manage and coordinate resource allocation across different small projects
Adjust team allocation based on client demand and project priorities
Ensure effective utilization while balancing delivery timelines and team workload
Delivery Processes & Best Practices: Establish, apply, and help unify delivery processes and best practices across projects
Work closely with Project Leads (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Team Leads) to ensure consistent execution
Project Coordination: Tracking progress and dependencies
Coordinating tasks across team members
Supporting communication between internal teams and clients
Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Acumatica Practice
Provide visibility into project status, risks, and resource needs
Implement process changes according to account strategy and vision
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management in software development or ERP-related projects
Experience with people management or team coordination (1:1s, feedback, conflict resolution)
Proven experience with resource management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with and influence project leads who are not direct reports
Experience managing or coordinating multiple small projects in parallel
Understanding of outsourcing, support, or team-extension delivery models
