Job Description:

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to help develop our products in the cybersecurity niche. You will work with a cross-platform product — from mobile apps to the web — and be fully involved in the development cycle: from research and hypotheses to launching experiments and influencing key business metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Researching market changes and analyze competitors
Evaluating pricing strategies and monetization approaches of competitors
Conducting user research
Increasing conversion rate to target actions
Preparing technical tasks for developers

Requirements:

Product Analytics & Metrics: building a metrics tree, understanding the relationships between them, ability to work with cohorts, Unit-economy and product financial model
Research & Hypothesis Generation: generation, formalization and prioritization of hypotheses (ICE/RICE, HADI, etc.), conducting user research, user segmentation, competitor and market analysis
Experimentation & Validation: A/B-testing (success metrics, statistical significance, risks), hypothesis validation through MVP, smoke tests, survey experiments
Product Lifecycle & Delivery: SDLC / Agile / Kanban / Scrum, task setting, backlog management, prioritization and work with design, development teams, QA
Tools & Data Platforms: Amplitude/Appsflyer, basic understanding of analytical dashboards and report building
Growth & Marketing: Understanding marketing channels (ASO, SEO, ASA, UA, affiliates), knowledge of funnels, working with marketing on growth experiments
