Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Middle Process Engineer to join our dynamic onsite team in Georgia. In this pivotal role, you will focus on optimizing metalworking technology to enhance productivity and minimize defects. As part of our innovative team, your contributions will be instrumental in driving advancements while making a significant impact on our processes.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and support technological processes for laser cutting, welding, and painting, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality
Monitor cycle times and material consumption rates to identify areas for continuous improvement
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles, including the effective execution of 5S methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals
Utilize SolidWorks and MS Excel for process design, analysis, and reporting to enhance operational efficiencies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role, with a focus on manufacturing processes
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience with 5S implementation
Experience in launching products from scratch, with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Excel for process optimization and data analysis
Fluency in English or Russian for effective communication and collaboration
