Adenty is a privacy-first visitor recognition and analytics platform helping B2B companies identify returning website visitors without relying on cookies or invasive tracking methods. Our product serves clients across MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, and digital publishing industries. We’re seeking an experienced SMM Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across corporate and personal-brand channels. The role blends strategic communication with data-driven execution — increasing awareness, engagement, and inbound opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop a smart, scalable SMM strategy built for measurable growth.
Job Responsibility:
own and operate the outreach automation stack (sequences, warm-up, integrations, domains), managing campaigns end-to-end from list import to reporting
plan and run outbound campaigns to reach relevant B2B prospects every month via email and LinkedIn, aligned with Adenty’s ICP and priority markets
write, personalize, and optimize multi-step sequences to maintain strong open rates and continuously improve reply quality and volume
monitor performance dashboards (delivery, open, reply, positive reply, booked meetings) and iterate on targeting, messaging, and cadences
collaborate closely with marketing and founders to refine ICPs, angles, and offers based on campaign learnings
maintain clean, structured outreach data and ensure leads are properly handed off into the CRM and sales process
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on B2B outbound outreach experience (email + LinkedIn), ideally in SaaS, IT, or analytics products
proven track record of running multi-channel outbound campaigns with solid open and reply rates for US and European markets
strong copywriting skills for cold outreach: concise, value-driven, and persona-specific
experience with outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or similar) and deliverability basics (warm-up, domains, DNS records)
comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and analytics dashboards to track and communicate results
advanced written English and clear, professional communication
openness to experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches in outreach, contribute ideas, design and run experiments, and systematically document learnings for the team
reports directly to the Marketing Lead
preliminary KPIs for this role (reach, open rate, replies, leads) are already defined, and since this is a focused outreach function, they can be refined together based on your experience and approach during onboarding
