Job Description

Adenty is a privacy-first visitor recognition and analytics platform helping B2B companies identify returning website visitors without relying on cookies or invasive tracking methods. Our product serves clients across MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, and digital publishing industries. We’re looking for a full-time Outreach Manager to own outbound prospecting across email and LinkedIn. This role focuses on building and running scalable outreach campaigns, optimizing messaging and deliverability, and consistently turning conversations into qualified opportunities for the sales and leadership teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Generate and qualify outbound leads in the US & EU markets
  • Book demos and convert prospects into free trial users
  • Pre-qualify leads before handover to Sales
  • Follow up with trial users to move them to the demo stage
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B outbound outreach experience (email + LinkedIn), ideally in SaaS, IT, or analytics products
  • proven track record of generating booked demos and qualified pipeline via outbound in US & EU markets
  • strong copywriting skills for cold outreach: concise, value-driven, and persona-specific
  • experience with outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or similar) and deliverability basics (warm-up, domains, DNS records)
  • comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and analytics dashboards to track and communicate results
  • ability to understand and target defined ICPs (MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, Digital Media)
  • experience working with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers
  • ability to identify pain points and tailor messaging accordingly
  • reports directly to the Marketing Lead
  • primary KPI: booked demos per month. Free trials started per month. Qualified meetings (SQL-ready)
  • secondary KPI: positive reply rate. Show-up rate. Trial to Demo conversion. Demo to SQL conversion.
  • English Level: Advanced

  • Performance Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and training sessions to ensure every ADR meets and exceeds their quotas.
  • Execute the GTM Strategy: Implement and refine the Account Development strategy for the EMEA market across the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Operational Excellence: Deploy the outbound playbook, including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences, ensuring high activity levels and quality.
  • Inbound Management: Oversee US lead routing and SLAs, ensuring the team maintains gold-standard conversion benchmarks for all incoming inquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with US Sales and Marketing teams to align on regional campaigns, territory operations, and feedback loops.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, including activity metrics, pipeline value, and conversion rates, to ensure the US team’s health.
