As a Middle-office OTC Derivatives Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of alternative products and providing world-class reporting accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing day-to-day processing and analysis of Alternative products, specifically various Derivatives products
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reporting, accounting for performance and exposure analysis
  • Executing accounting functions, including updating the general ledger, reviewing Profit and Loss (P&L), and clearing reconciliation breaks
  • Monitoring net cash flows for various products and calculating Mark to Market (MTM) for all open positions
  • Posting data to respective reporting platforms and ensuring compliance with Trust Agreements and industry regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to provide assistance where needed and handling ad hoc requests from leadership

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Proven background in Fund Accounting, Derivatives Administration, Fund of Funds, Hedge Funds, Pension Reporting, or Equity Funds
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills, specifically Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros)
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility: Ability to work the scheduled shift of 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Technology: Must have a functional personal computer for remote work days

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience with W360 or Bloomberg Terminal
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • General Securities experience
