Job Description:

Middle Office Trade Processing Team is responsible for Capital Markets transactions – placing orders, confirming and settling trades, processing Corporate Actions. The scope of processes includes Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, Collective Investments like Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds, Loans, Corporate Actions, OTC products, Product pricing. The team cooperates with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide operational expertise for Capital Markets products for Institutional Clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute control functions including daily trade monitoring, reconciliations, and failed trade management
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating audit events
  • Propose and implement new KRIs/controls to enhance team-level risk management
  • Lead projects, implementations of new products, and client onboarding at department level
  • Analyze process inefficiencies, recommend improvements to senior management, and serve as a point of contact for enhancement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Middle Office roles
  • Hands-on experience with Aladdin data platform
  • Independent and immediate decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating projects and wide initiatives

  • Operate and supervise the hydroelectric fleet: Manage the operation of the hydroelectric plants, acting as the main point of contact with official bodies and maintenance teams, analyzing operational variables, and making decisions to ensure safe, environmentally responsible, and economically optimal exploitation.
  • Coordinate plant outages and operational maneuvers: Coordinate plant outages and operational maneuvers in collaboration with other dispatch centers and field teams, always ensuring safe execution, including acting as delegated dispatcher for renewables and cogeneration facilities.
  • Optimize the management of the energy portfolio: Maximize the economic revenues of the managed portfolio (conventional, renewable generation, intraday and ancillary services decisions) by adapting strategies to market conditions, contractual obligations, and operational flexibilities and constraints.
