Job Description

Middle Office Trade Processing Team is responsible for Capital Markets transactions – placing orders, confirming and settling trades, processing Corporate Actions. The scope of processes we cover include Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, Collective Investments like Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds, Loans, Corporate Actions, OTC products, Product pricing. We cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia). Since our Team is rapidly growing, we’re looking for experienced experts to join the new, exciting project to secure the best client experience. The role requires working expertise in Corporate Actions area or/as well as Trade processing.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide operational expertise for Capital Markets products for Institutional Clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Brokers, Custodians, Accounting Teams)
  • Execute control functions including daily trade monitoring, reconciliations, and failed trade management
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating audit events
  • Propose and implement new KRIs/controls to enhance team-level risk management
  • Lead projects, implementations of new products, and client onboarding at department level
  • Analyze process inefficiencies, recommend improvements to senior management, and serve as a point of contact for enhancement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Middle Office roles
  • Corporate Action and/ or Trade processing working experience
  • Independent and immediate decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating projects and wide initiatives
  • Analytical skills linked with client-service communication skills
