Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Middle Lead Generation Specialist to own the full-cycle LinkedIn outbound process — from lead research to qualified SQL handoff to Sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full-cycle LinkedIn lead generation: lead research → list building → outreach → follow-ups → qualification → handoff to Sales Executive
  • Write and optimize outbound sequences
  • Conduct initial communication with prospects
  • Qualify leads according to scoring criteria
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (data entry, updates, tracking metrics)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly SQL quotas

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT outbound lead generation
  • Proven successful track record in LinkedIn outbound lead generation
  • Hands-on experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools like Linked Helper
  • English level B2 (written and spoken)
  • Solid understanding of IT services business models and SDLC
  • Confident user of Google Workspace tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Upwork bidding
  • Experience using AI tools for research, personalization, or automation
  • Experience conducting discovery/qualification calls
  • Experience running email campaigns and lead generation campaigns for events or trade shows
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Experience with web scraping tools
