Job Responsibility

  • Legal Research and Contract & Corporate law: conduct legal research and provide legal support for various projects and operational matters across the Group in different jurisdictions
  • deliver clear, business‑oriented legal advice on corporate, commercial, and general legal issues
  • review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and other third parties
  • drafting of corporate documents and resolutions
  • Data Protection & GDPR: ensure full compliance with GDPR, as well as other applicable personal data protection laws relevant to Vention entities
  • draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and data protection clauses in contracts
  • support internal teams with privacy principles in new products, tools, and processes
  • conduct data protection impact assessments and risk assessments
  • maintain and develop internal data protection policies, consent mechanisms, retention schedules, and records of processing activities
  • Intellectual Property: support protection of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and IP-related clauses in contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience in IT company, law firm or an international company
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and related regulatory frameworks
  • Strong expertise in GDPR and data protection
  • Experience in contract law, corporate law, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
  • English level: Advanced (C1)
