Job Responsibility

conduct legal research and provide legal support for various projects and operational matters across the Group in different jurisdictions
deliver clear, business‑oriented legal advice on corporate, commercial, and general legal issues
review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and other third parties
drafting of corporate documents and resolutions
ensure full compliance with GDPR, as well as other applicable personal data protection laws relevant to Vention entities
draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and data protection clauses in contracts
