Job Description:

We’re looking for a sharp-minded, proactive engineer who’s ready to take ownership of both code and processes. You’ll help shape the project’s technical direction, ensure smooth collaboration within the team, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions built with .NET and Angular on AWS. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, giving you space to influence architecture decisions, mentor peers, and communicate directly with clients.

Job Responsibility:

Following and improving project conventions (architecture approach, code style, best practices)
Following and suggesting improvements for the existing project processes, methodologies, and guidelines
Estimation of tasks and functions and fit with own estimates
Creating and updating project documentation (technical and functional)
Setup and maintenance of project environments
Negotiation/explanation of technical questions and requirements with the clients
Participation in technical interviews with clients
Guide, consult, and make advice to team members regarding the delivery of assigned tasks
Contribute to employees’ growth by providing tech feedback and setting tech goals
Conduct project-related tech interviews for external candidates

Requirements:

Practical experience using Cursor or GitHub Copilot in daily development workflow
Strong experience with .NET (C#) for building and maintaining API applications
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, preferably with AWS Aurora and pg-vector extension
Hands-on experience integrating LLM solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Knowledge Base, and Bedrock Guardrails
Proficiency in Angular (v20) and Angular Material for front-end development
Experience monitoring and analyzing applications using AWS CloudWatch and Google Analytics
Familiarity with deploying and maintaining applications in AWS environments
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Upper-Intermediate level of English
