We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to help develop the company’s infrastructure and platform solutions. The role involves working with both small MVPs and established products, so autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly are essential for success.
Job Responsibility:
Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)
Building and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure
Developing and optimizing CI/CD processes (GitLab CI/CD)
Automating infrastructure processes using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches
Configuring and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Loki)
Troubleshooting and participating in incident response
Optimizing the performance and costs of cloud resources
Supporting infrastructure for AI agents and internal AI tools
Collaborating with product teams and helping solve infrastructure-related challenges
Participating in the development of centralized platform solutions across the company
Requirements:
3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE
Solid hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
Practical experience with Kubernetes (deployment, Helm, RBAC, networking, auto-scaling)
Experience with Terraform and the IaC approach
Experience building CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of networking (VPC, DNS, Load Balancing, TLS/SSL)
Experience with monitoring and logging systems
Basic automation skills using Bash or Python
Proactive communication and willingness to independently gather task context
Using AI tools in the workplace
Nice to have:
Experience with GitHub Actions
Experience with ArgoCD / Flux / GitOps
AWS/GCP certifications
Experience working with high-load systems
Experience working with backend codebases
Use of Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or other AI tools
