Middle DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Administer Linux-based production systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Operate Kafka and other messaging/streaming systems
• Set up monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery solutions
• Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployments and system stability
• Maintain infrastructure and operational documentation
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or system engineering
• Strong Linux/Unix and networking knowledge
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes
• Understanding of database administration and backup strategies
• Experience with Kafka or other message brokers
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Good communication skills and fluent English
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty and occasional standby work

Experience with high-availability or 24/7 systems is a plus
