Job Description:

Our Delivery Managers lead hands-on delivery across several multidisciplinary teams, driving process improvements and coaching teams in maturing our ways of working. This role sits in Product & Delivery Operations and reports to our Head of Delivery. You’ll work closely with our product development team, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure a smooth flow of work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead delivery for one cross-functional team, driving efficient, outcome-focused execution while supporting organizational change as delivery maturity evolves
  • Partner with the Area Delivery Manager and Product Manager to define long-term strategic plans, align on roadmaps, and ensure delivery predictability
  • Coach teams in delivery practices, including estimation, continuous improvement, and the use of metrics to track team health, capacity, and delivery effectiveness
  • Facilitate team and sprint planning, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and collaborate with Engineering Managers on technical delivery strategies
  • Lead root cause analysis for delivery issues, implement systematic improvements, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to support safe, resilient delivery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in delivery management or similar roles
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and more traditional project management approaches, knowing when to apply them
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in delivery metrics and reporting
  • Experience in SaaS delivery and product development teams
  • Knowledgeable in usage of Jira and Confluence as well as other communication tools (Figma and MS Teams)
  • Upper-intermediate English+
