Job Description

As a Middle CRM Analyst, you’ll join the Data Team to turn customer and product data into actionable insights that drive product and marketing decisions. Working across CRM, Product, and Marketing, you’ll help build customer audiences, optimize CRM campaigns, improve customer engagement, and support UX research across QIC’s insurance and digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with the full ecosystem user base and customer interaction history to build user cohorts and targeted audiences for CRM campaigns, product communications, UX research, and customer engagement initiatives across insurance and ecosystem products
  • Partner closely with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to define campaign audiences, validate targeting logic, and evaluate campaign performance across different channels and customer segments
  • Analyze behavioral patterns, lifecycle signals, and customer interactions across multiple data sources to support CRM and retention initiatives
  • Support both recurring and ad hoc analytical requests based on evolving business needs
  • Work with large-scale datasets across multiple systems and build structured analytical logic using transactional, marketing, and product data
  • Contribute to reporting and dashboarding initiatives related to CRM performance, customer cohorts, and marketing activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing, Product Analytics, or similar analytical roles within digital products
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Proven experience working with large datasets, combining multiple data sources, and building customer segments
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating with CRM, Product, Marketing, and business teams
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
  • English level B2 or higher
