Job Description

EveryMatrix is looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle Business Process Analyst to join the CasinoEngine team. The role involves coordinating and monitoring internal processes, leading new process designs, facilitating workshops, interpreting data, creating documentation, managing audits, aligning processes to standards, and designing process metrics.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinates and monitors internal department processes to identify solutions or make referrals
  • Leads new process designs
  • Facilitate discovery meetings and workshops with department subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Interprets complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and policies
  • Manages all audit requests
  • Aligns the processes & policies according to ITIL, ISO, and other standards
  • Design, monitoring and reporting of process metrics, and in addressing any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design, analysis, and optimization
  • Proven ability to create and interpret BPMN diagrams, process flowcharts, and process mapping documentation
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), continuous improvement methodologies, and industry standards such as ITIL and ISO
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
