N-iX is looking for a highly skilled Middle Business Analyst to join the project aimed at modernizing application infrastructure and technology, developing the solution from scratch. Our client is one of the largest banks in Ukraine, with its headquarters in the EU. They specialize in bank services for businesses and individuals in Ukraine and Europe.
Job Responsibility
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Coordinate collaboration between the customer, development team to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Develop specifications, user stories, and business process documentation.
Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working with extensive amounts of data.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Ukrainian Language - advanced or higher
Nice to have
Knowledge of BPMN basics, flowchart construction
Experience in banking/payment services/bank cards or insurance domain
Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis tools.
