Job Description

This role plays a critical part in ensuring client work is delivered predictably and at a high level of quality within the Healthcare and Life Sciences space. This role will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, bringing alignment across clients, creative teams, and engineering around clear scope, timelines, and resourcing while keeping work connected to business goals, regulatory considerations, and patient, or user-centric outcomes. You will guide day-to-day delivery decisions to ensure projects stay financially and operationally on track, engineering time is planned effectively, and risks are identified early. Working in complex, highly regulated environments, you’ll translate between technical, clinical, and non-technical stakeholders, helping teams navigate compliance, data privacy, and approval processes without sacrificing momentum or quality. Your ability to bring clarity, accountability, and confidence to delivery will directly impact client trust and delivery success.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage 4–6 active projects with healthcare and life sciences clients, with the goal of increasing account footprint through monthly recurring revenue and delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts, balancing scope, resourcing, delivery quality, and regulatory considerations
  • Align clients, creative teams, and engineering around clear scope, timelines, resourcing decisions, and delivery constraints common in regulated environments
  • Partner closely with engineering to plan work, estimate effort, and ensure teams are appropriately staffed and aligned, accounting for compliance, privacy, and approval cycles
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure the project team adheres to project requirements and regulatory expectations
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders, including clinical, regulatory, or compliance partners and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain a project plan outlining tasks, milestones, status, costs, and resource allocation, factoring in review, approval, and dependency timelines
  • Monitor scope creep and convert into billable change requests when possible, particularly as requirements evolve due to compliance or regulatory needs
  • Accurately book and forecast required staff across creative and engineering
  • monitor utilization, burn, and delivery health in highly regulated client environments
  • Track and roll up key information that allows leadership to understand the health of each project, including: Profit & Loss, Schedule, NPS Survey Scores, Customer Issues or Escalations, Delivery team utilization percentage, Project and compliance-related risk
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve issues, such as approval delays, regulatory constraints, or third-party dependencies, before they impact milestones, budgets, or client trust
  • Lead internal and external meetings to drive alignment, accountability, and forward progress across technical, creative, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Support long-term account health by delivering consistently and identifying opportunities to expand ongoing or recurring work in trust-driven client environments
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned to improve future delivery, particularly in regulated or compliance-heavy engagements
  • Understand business requirements to provide guidance to the team to capture and document the requirements that are clear, auditable, and delivery-ready
  • Manage and track budgets across the portfolio to allocate funds appropriately while balancing delivery quality, compliance needs, and commercial outcomes
  • Provide revenue forecasts for your assigned projects and accounts
  • Facilitate quarterly or semi-annual business reviews with clients, focused on delivery performance, risk management, and future opportunities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in client-facing environments, including work in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of planning, estimation, and resourcing for technical or digital work in regulated settings
  • Experience managing scope, timelines, and budgets with accountability for outcomes, including navigating compliance- or approval-driven constraints
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate confidence when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for superb customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to details, particularly in delivery, risk, and compliance sensitive work
  • Experience delivering web, application, or platform-based projects including those involving regulated data or sensitive information
  • Background in an agency or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with agile or sprint-based delivery with the ability to adapt delivery approaches to regulated or approval-heavy workflows
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or accounts
  • PMP certified
