We’re now looking for a Mid-Term Support Intern to join our Porto office and help deliver outstanding experiences for our guests! As a Mid-Term Support Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Guest Support team to ensure our guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. You’ll assist with customer communication, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to maintaining the high-quality service that defines GuestReady.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Guest Support team in providing a great experience for our guests
Handle customer communications professionally and empathetically
Assist with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Proficiency in Excel (preferred)
